These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jigames ("jigames," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jigames.org ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service or feature of the jigames Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the jigames Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the jigames Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the jigames Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one active account on the jigames Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. jigames employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jigames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jigames support team immediately via the live chat available on the Platform or by contacting [email protected]. jigames will investigate all reported security incidents promptly.

Account Verification (KYC)

jigames is required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance obligations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation, including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method, before withdrawals are processed or at any other time jigames deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the jigames Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jigames supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your jigames account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. jigames does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 business hours following approval of the withdrawal request and successful KYC verification. jigames VIP members may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated on the cashier page and is subject to change.

jigames reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or suspicious account activity is suspected, pending investigation. In such cases, jigames will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

jigames offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time of the offer. The general conditions applicable to all jigames bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific promotional terms.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, or any form of collusion, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where jigames determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the affected account will be suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR if required under applicable regulations.

Each game available on the jigames Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules will prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcomes of that particular game, while these Terms will govern all other matters including account management, payments, and player conduct.

All random number generator (RNG) games on jigames are operated using certified and independently audited RNG systems that produce outcomes that are statistically random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by jigames or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed live dealer providers and streamed in real time.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection that affects the outcome or continuation of a game session, jigames will apply the following policy: where the outcome cannot be determined or is unreliable due to the malfunction, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. jigames decisions in respect of technical malfunctions are final.

• Introducing any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other malicious or technologically harmful material to the Platform;
• Engaging in any collusion or chip-dumping activity in any poker or table game format;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution in bad faith where a transaction was legitimately processed by jigames;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or to conduct any form of advertising, solicitation, or promotional activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jigames support staff or other players in any manner.

jigames reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;

Any unauthorised use of the Content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of jigames's intellectual property rights, for which jigames reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jigames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jigames has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jigames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jigames makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or material on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability for incidental or consequential damages are not permitted, jigames's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In no event shall jigames's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jigames account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jigames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the jigames Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the jigames Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

jigames implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Player KYC documents and financial information are stored in encrypted form and access is restricted to authorised personnel only on a need-to-know basis.

jigames reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments to these Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time any dispute arose shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

You may close your jigames account at any time by contacting the support team through the live chat service available on the Platform. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees, pending bonuses subject to forfeiture, and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

jigames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A player is found to have breached these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• jigames has reason to believe that fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is or has been occurring through the account;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• jigames is required to do so in order to comply with a regulatory direction, court order, or legal obligation;
• A player has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy may apply).

Where an account is closed by jigames due to a breach of these Terms, jigames may retain any balance in the account pending completion of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, jigames may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jigames, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jigames directly via the live chat support on the Platform or at [email protected] to raise a complaint. jigames will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, as a last resort, to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute involves a matter subject to PAGCOR regulatory jurisdiction, the relevant PAGCOR complaints and dispute resolution procedures shall also apply.
